Tanner K. Olson is an associate with experience practicing in King, Pierce, Thurston, Skagit, and Snohomish counties. His practice largely focuses on probate law (including estate planning), construction law, and real estate law. Tanner is admitted to practice in Washington and the United States District Court for Western Washington.

Tanner has represented clients on numerous questions of law and fact including, but not limited to, easement and boundary line disputes, contested probate and TEDRA actions, and contractual disputes. Along with research, writing, chain of title review, and other litigation related tasks, he regularly attends motions, pre-trial hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.

Tanner is a graduate of Michigan State College of Law, where he spent time focusing on solving problems in the changing legal market. Prior to attending law school, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Government, with a minor in Africana Studies, from Eastern Washington University. While there, Tanner developed a passion for public policy. Thus, while studying at EWU, Tanner spent a semester as an intern with the Washington State Senate to further his interest in government.

After growing up in Arlington, and graduating from Arlington High School, Tanner is excited to return to the area with his fiancée. When Tanner is not in the office, he spends his time cheering on various local sports teams. Tanner is also an avid outdoorsman, who enjoys life in the PNW.
