Emma became an associate at Bailey, Duskin, Peiffle & Martin in 2024. She was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. She received her undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Gonzaga University. Emma continued her education at Gonzaga and received her law degree there in 2022.

After completing her education, Emma moved to Skagit County and became a Housing Justice Attorney through Skagit Legal Aid, where she developed expertise in negotiating, counseling, and assisting clients in a courtroom setting. Emma is also licensed to practice before the Swinomish Tribal Court. She also has prior experience in criminal law, tribal law, social security law, and family law. Emma will be engaged in practicing in many of the firm’s areas of law, including litigation, real estate, estate planning and probate, and family law.

When Emma is not working, you can find her exploring the local mountains and parks with her husband and Golden Retriever.
